Our client Almond Cow, a boutique company in the plant-based milk industry, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team. They are based in the metro Atlanta area but they have agreed that this position can be performed remotely from most anywhere in the US. If you share their passions of healthy eating and taking care of our planet, you would probably really enjoy being a part of this team.

The ideal candidate will be a people-person, have a strong appreciation for helping to create a wonderful employee culture, and will provide important admin and other types of support to the CEO and other members of the team.  The CEO considers this new position to be one of the most important positions in the company so you will definitely be an integral part of the team.

**Compensation & Benefits: A salary range of $45-60k, plus opportunities for annual company and individual performance bonuses, a great benefit plan that includes 100% company-paid health insurance and great opportunities for advancement as the company grows.

**Location: Candidates must live in the United States for this opportunity


  • Support the CEO by managing his calendar, taking notes on important calls, following up on objectives, creating presentations, etc.
  • Support the CEO and other team members with travel planning
  • Plan the annual company retreat, volunteer initiatives, and employee social activities
  • Assess the current employee culture and pro-actively suggest ideas to make it even better; then assist with implementing those initiatives
  • Assist with recruiting and on-boarding great new team members;
    ensure that proper HR policies and procedures have been established and implemented for hiring, on-boarding, employee documentation, off-boarding, etc.
  • Be the “go to” person for the team with regard to questions, project assistance, etc.

  • Willingness to learn new things, research and figure out something you’ve never done before
  • Tech savvy, especially with the Google Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
  • Great written and oral communication abilities
  • Bachelors degree preferred
