Come be a part of an amazing team with our client, a supply company located in Alpharetta.  Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. 

This role requires a detail-oriented individual that possesses excellent communication and time management skills.  This role also requires an individual that will be empathetic and patient when addressing our customers as well as the willingness to provide a quick response and resolution.  Many associates at this company have been there for 20-30 years and welcome new associates into the team oriented,  family-like atmosphere.

Note: This position is in-office (not remote or hybrid). 

Job Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders by phone/email/website at the highest level of accuracy
  • Address customer service issues, returns and shipping issues
  • Educate customers on products and their applications.
  • Provide quotes and samples when requested by customer or sales representatives.
  • Collaborate with outside sales team to identify growth opportunities 
  • Assist with sales reporting and reviewing of sales trends 
  • Consistently engage with customers to build/maintain strong relationships

Job Requirements 

  • High School diploma required; College degree preferred  but not required
  • Two+ years of experience in customer service and support
  • Tech savvy 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Eager to learn new things
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation:  $60k-65k plus monthly bonus opportunity and great benefits
