Business Operations Manager Atlanta GA

Our client, a law firm specializing in personal injury cases, is hiring for a full-time Operations Manager opportunity fully on-site at their offices in the South Buckhead/Midtown area of Atlanta.

You’ll be a strong fit for this opportunity if you enjoy working in a small-business environment to help manage and oversee all administrative operation functions. You will be a leader in facilitating team communication and in helping the office run efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assess and implement process/structure to ensure the smooth functioning of the office
  • Oversee all day-to-day operations including developing new methods to facilitate team communication/organization
  • Foster a positive work environment among the team of administrators, attorneys and paralegals in the office; develop clear processes to ensure teamwork and facilitate clear communication amongst the team
  • Manage team calendars and be proactive in establishing organizational procedures to help in scheduling/planning
  • Vendor management accuracy: responsible for maintaining, organizing and keeping up-to-date records of all vendor data
  • Manage HR functions such as employee onboarding, training, and benefits administration
  • Assist in financial management procedures, including, but not limited to, expense tracking, budget management, and manage the process for clients as it relates to bills, checks and deposits
  • Ensure client intake processes are efficient and organized
  • Interface with clients, addressing inquiries and providing great customer service
  • Assist with planning in company events/outings and volunteer initiatives
  • Other administrative operations-specific project work as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years, preferably more, of demonstrated experience as an Operations Manager or Office Manager in a small business environment
  • Previous work in a company where you can demonstrate strong operations expertise and building new processes and structure
  • Proactive, self-starter approach and ability to take initiative
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Previous experience in legal/law industry preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred (nice-to-have but not required)

Compensation: 75-85K base salary based on experience plus significant bonus potential opportunity! Great benefit package
