Are you seeking a workplace where collaboration is valued, and every perspective is heard? If so, your search might end here! Our client, a small boutique financial services firm situated near Cumberland Mall, is looking to add an experienced Financial Planner to complement their team.
This role is deeply engaged in strategic planning and will play a pivotal role in assisting overflow clients. The perfect candidate will exhibit proficiency across multiple domains of financial planning, including portfolio optimization, investment research, and trade execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct portfolio optimization to maximize returns while minimizing risks.
- Conduct thorough product and investment research to identify suitable options for clients.
- Execute trades and manage portfolios in accordance with established strategies and client objectives.
- Perform financial planning analysis and develop comprehensive plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Develop and implement high-level planning strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals.
- Optimize and administer retirement plans, including 401(k) allocation and participant support.
- Collaborate with outside professionals on estate and insurance planning matters to ensure comprehensive client solutions.
- Conduct ongoing planning and research to stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in financial planning software and tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
Compensation: $95k plus bonus opportunities; 401k; PTO; stipend for health insurance and life insurance.
