Our client, a mid-sized, fast growing financial services firm with 40+ locations around the U.S., has a rewarding Director of Human Resources opportunity open for an experienced, strategic leader.  

Based on-site at their corporate headquarters in Alpharetta, Georgia, the HR Director is a key member of the senior team managing a team of two, who will work closely with other departments and firm leaders. Please note that after a year at the company, you will have an opportunity to work in a hybrid arrangement, with up to 2 days per week at home.

  • Work closely with Regional Directors on new hires, role alignment, changes to employment, employe relations, terminations, and performance improvement plans.
  • Lay out strategy for communication and implementation on all labor/employment laws
  • Manage the entire M&A process for HR tasks as new employees join
  • Research industry compensation surveys and employee compensation review to present to executive leadership team
  • Implement HR policies in an effective and systemic manner, and ensure communication of those policies is consistent across all locations
  • Responsible for training new employees and identifying training needs 
  • Administer and understand Behavioral DNA/employee assessments


  • 8+ years HR experience in a mid to large size firm
  • 5+ years experience leading and managing a team
  • Strong knowledge in employment laws and regulations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Project management/project planning mindset
  • Experience in M&A process a plus
  • Financial services industry experience a plus
  • Knowledge or experience in implementation of HR systems would also be beneficial

Compensation: 150-175K (based on experience) plus incredible benefits and an annual bonus
