The Search Engine Optimization – SEO Specialist is responsible for Google Ads and Ad Grant account management and reporting, Social Media advertising management and reporting, as well as setting up and implementing conversion goal tracking. As Search Engine Optimization – SEO Specialist, you will serve clients by managing digital advertising efforts, creating and presenting reports, and giving strategic recommendations on their ad accounts. The Search Engine Optimization – SEO Specialist will help clients understand their data, and help to drive more online conversions through digital advertising.  

Hybrid Position – In office 1.5 days per week in the Cobb County/Cumberland Area
( Office days are Monday afternoons and Thursdays)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ability to manage Google Ads, Ad Grants and Social Ads and provide strategic recommendations.

  • Google Analytics Conversion Goal setup and implementation

  • Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads tracking and reporting
  •

  • Analyze and report on data in order to tell clients the full story of their digital marketing efforts.

  • Research and discover insights, industry best practice, and current data trends and tools, staying on top of all that can be offered to clients and team.
  •  
  •  
  • Utilize software, such as Google Data Studio, to create and present reports to clients.
  •  
  •  
  • Coordinate and communicate cross functionally within the company to ensure proper integration of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook to support client deliverables and needs.

  • Act as a liaison and main point of contact for third party vendors who manage our Google Ad accounts.

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients only utilizing Google services
  •

  • Work with Marketing Manager to ensure that all client deliverables are on time and high quality

  • Strong presentation skills and ability to report data in an easily digestible way

  • Process improvements and self QA to ensure client goals are met and that approved designs are matched

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  •  
  •  
  • 5+ years relevant digital advertising experience with an agency is preferred, but not required
  •  
  •  
  • Extensive experience in leveraging Digital Advertising on behalf of clients to drive exposure and results, across Google and Social channels.

  • Extensive experience with Google Ads Management and Google Advertising
  •  
  •  
  • Passion and shared vision for leveraging modern marketing channels for redemptive purposes, moving the Kingdom forward, and serving those already serving

  • Capable of working independent of instruction, willing to proactively seek solutions to existing problems; a self-starter

Compensation: 82.5k+ signing bonus, depending upon relevant experience; Health, Dental, Vision, IRA, paid holidays; PTO;  PLUS amazing work perks: the week off between Christmas and New Years is paid; weekly team lunches on the company, monthly off-sites, quarterly volunteering team days, and an annual fall team retreat in the North Georgia Mountains.
